The Woods Homeowners Association (WHOA) is a nonprofit 501(c)(4) corporation that was formed to protect property values within The Woods Subdivision and to promote that welfare and safety of all residents within The Woods. WHOA, with the help of its Board of Directors, its staff managed by The Property Management People Inc. (PMP), and various homeowner-staffed committees, plays an important role in maintaining property values and our quality of life in The Woods.
If you are a homeowner in The Woods, you are automatically a member of WHOA. But you will only see all of the pages of this very useful website if you register by clicking on the registration link. We will approve your registration request as soon as possible. Once you’re registered, log in and explore the wealth of information on the full site.

Please keep in mind that access to the sports facility, pools, and other amenities are available only through a separate membership to The Woods Club, wholly owned by Potomac Valley Properties (PVP), a distinct entity from WHOA.
